My approach is deeply rooted in the Person-Centred tradition. This means I believe that you hold the answers within you, even when you feel lost. My job is to provide the conditions that allow you to process your unique experience at your own pace. Whether you are navigating the immediate shock of a loss, the complex emotions of a subsequent pregnancy, or the lingering silence of a grief that others don’t seem to understand, I am here to listen without agenda.

Specialist experience: Miscarriage and Early Pregnancy Loss, Stillbirth and Neonatal Death, Termination

Qualifications:
• Accredited Member, British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
• BA (Hons) Person-centred Counselling and Psychotherapy, University of Warwick.
• Sands Counselling for Pregnancy and Baby Loss
• BICA Foundation Course for Fertility Counselling
• Pregnancy & Infant Loss Practitioner Training – The Foundation for Infant Loss
• Rainbow baby specialist – The Foundation for Infant Loss

I offer both in person and online appointments.

Fee structure:
£65 for a 50 minute session
