I have been a specialist in medical negligence law since 2015 and my expertise in this area is recognised by both the Association for Personal Injury Lawyers and the Law Society of Scotland. My team and I are ranked in the top tier of the Legal 500 and Chambers directories year-on-year.

I have considerable experience of negligence claims involving stillbirths and the tragic loss of babies, infants and very young children, as a result of errors in monitoring during pregnancy, ultrasound scanning errors, feeding difficulties, infection, sepsis and meningitis.

I am passionate about helping my clients get answers and closure through the court system. I understand that trying to navigate a court case while grieving can be a stressful and scary process. My role is to guide clients through that process as sensitively and as compassionately as possible, while working proactively to push their cases forward.

I am based in our Edinburgh office but would be very happy to travel to our Aberdeen and Glasgow offices for face-to-face meetings if that would be more convenient. If other locations or formats of meetings would be better, I am happy to be flexible.
