I qualified as a funeral celebrant in 2016 and since then have helped thousands of people say goodbye to their loved ones. After training with the Fellowship of Professional Celebrants, I have kept up to date with ongoing training, including specialised training to conduct funerals and memorial services for babies and children. Prior to being a celebrant my entire working life was spent in childcare and education including working as a nanny, nursery nurse, nursery manager, and a childcare inspector. I have also worked with children with additional needs and I am a nanna to five children. I am passionate about making sure families get to say goodbye to their loved ones in a sensitive and meaningful way and work closely with them to ensure the service reflects their wishes.
