Essex First Aid and Wellbeing

Our courses vary from a 1 day Emergency First Aid at work course to a full 3 day First Aid at Work course. We offer blended options so for example, a 3 day course becomes 2 days in the classroom and you also complete 6 hours of online content.

We are run by serving Fire service and Paramedic personnel. This ensures you get the best practical knowledge possible.

Booking on line is easy and we can be flexible with dates, times and venues. We can come to you if you need us to.

We believe our courses are fun and engaging. We try and take the nerves away give you the best insights into why we do first aid, and not just making you do it.
