Perhaps you are a parent grieving your baby, maybe a loss experienced during pregnancy, or you’re dealing with infertility? Going through such major life events, whether expected or sudden, may shake up your sense of stability and identity, take a strain on your relationship, and you may be finding that ways which have always helped you cope no longer seem to work. At such times it may also seem impossible to find around you understanding and acceptance for where you are at the moment, you may be feeling alone and exhausted of trying to appear ‘fine’ and ‘staying positive’.
I offer a safe, empathic space where you can talk in confidence knowing that you’re not being judged. I help clients dealing with loss experienced during pregnancy, IVF, infant loss, infertility, as well as parents who may need support following the birth of a rainbow baby. As we work together, you will be supported to make sense of your experiences, gradually feel more grounded, resilient and more in control. To find healing and a way forward that feels right for you.
I am a qualified counsellor and a member of BACP with further training in Loss, Complicated Grief & Traumatic Bereavement; as well as practitioner accredited by the Foundation for Infant Loss in areas of Pregnancy and Infant Loss, Infertility and Rainbow Baby.
I practice in-person in Bedfordshire (Bedford / Wilstead), Hertfordshire (Hitchin), Milton Keynes and online via Zoom across the UK.
