Hypnobirthing with Lizzie

Hypnobirthing is all about preparing you and your birth partner (s) for your upcoming birth. We talk through your past experiences and what your hopes and wishes are for this pregnancy and birth. I understand that pregnancy and preparing for birth can feel very different after a previous loss or difficult experience, and that’s why my support is bespoke to you, and your needs.

We discuss birth options, explore pain relief options, and look at ways to develop a positive and supportive mindset around birth and pregnancy, developing tools to help you navigate feelings of anxiety and uncertainty.
Breath work can be a valuable tool for helping you feel more grounded and supported so we have a whole dedicated session on how to prepare physically and emotionally for birth.

From the moment you contact me, you and your birth partner(s) will receive my care and attention throughout the sessions and after your course has finished too. My support doesn’t finish when you have your last class with me; I’m still here for you and in your corner.

There are a few options for courses.
Private Support at Home:
1:1 support in the comfort of your own home. I come to you, at a time that is convenient for you - daytime or evening, weekday or weekend. Four sessions in total.

Private Support Online:
1:1 support online via video calls such as Teams at a time that is convenient for you.

Group Support:
If you feel comfortable in a group environment, I run four group sessions a year. If you would prefer more individual support, my private options may be more suitable.
