James Anderson heads up the West Midlands medical negligence team at Lime Solicitors, specialising in complex medical negligence claims including birth injuries and infant loss, cerebral palsy, delayed cancer diagnosis, GP negligence, surgical errors and obstetric mismanagement. James has helped many people and families with their legal claims and has a deep understanding of the distressing impact medical negligence can have. He works closely with his clients and provides them the guidance and support they need every step of the way. He has helped secure robust treatment plans for mothers left injured during negligence in childbirth, secured settlements where negligent scans and treatment in pregnancy have resulted in undiagnosed brain injuries and other diagnoses, and where poor treatment during pregnancy and birth has tragically amounted to baby loss.
