Unplanned Pregnancy Counselling Based in the Chichester, West Sussex area, Pregnancy Options Centre is able to offer anyone facing an unplanned pregnancy a confidential, non-jugemental and non-directive space, to share their thoughts and feelings. We offer clear information on all the available options, as well as pregnancy testing. Post-Abortion & Pregnancy Loss Counselling Our team are are well resourced to provide ongoing support, on a 1-2-1 basis, following an abortion or pregnancy loss, supporting both recent and historic experiences, with compassion and client-centred care. Pregnancy After Loss Counselling We offer gentle, compassionate counselling for individuals who are pregnant following a loss. We provide a safe and supportive space to explore the complex emotions that can accompany a subsequent pregnancy, helping individuals to process their feelings, navigate emotional challenges, and feel supported.
