Baby loss can alter the landscape of a person’s life. It can quieten rooms that were once full of hope, reshape identity, and leave a tender ache in places others cannot see. Grief often arrives in waves - sometimes sharp, sometimes soft - and can sit alongside fear, confusion, or the sense that the world has shifted beneath your feet.
When loss is entwined with traumatic care, fertility challenges, or repeated uncertainty, the emotional terrain becomes even more complex. My work is to offer a steady, specialist space where all of this can be held with care and without rush.
I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist supporting individuals and couples in Bedfordshire and online. My approach is relational, reflective, and culturally attuned. Alongside my clinical training, I also bring lived experience of miscarriages, D&;C procedures, and Rainbow pregnancy. I understand how grief can settle quietly in the body, how medical interventions can leave emotional echoes, and how hope and fear can coexist in the same breath. This lived experience shapes the gentleness, steadiness, and depth I bring to the therapeutic relationship. People come to me for support with: Baby loss at any stage - miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal loss, and Termination for Medical Reasons (TFMR) Birth trauma and medical trauma, Fertility grief and IVF/assisted conception journeys, Anxiety, dissociation, and emotional overwhelm, Rainbow pregnancy, with its delicate balance of hope, fear, and longing, Relationship strain, identity shifts, and emotional disconnection after loss.
Therapy offers a calm, grounded space to explore grief, understand emotional patterns, and reconnect with parts of yourself that feel lost or muted. You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are - gently, slowly, and at a pace that honours your story. Together, we can create a space where your experience is held with care, and where healing can begin to take its shape.
