SSNAP – Support for Sick Newborn and their Parents

At SSNAP, we are there to help families through some of the most difficult days of their lives. While babies receive specialist treatment at the John Radcliffe Hospital, we provide emotional and practical support to parents and carers both during their hospital stay and after discharge through our Little SSNAPlings groups.

We also help fund vital equipment for the unit, invest in training and wellbeing for NHS staff, and support research that improves outcomes for sick and premature babies — ensuring families receive the very best care, support and hope when they need it most.
